I didn’t start Built2Scale because I wanted to be a coach; I started it because I saw a massive gap in the market for effective business growth solutions. There are thousands of business owners, especially in the trades and home services, who are stuck in the same place I was a few years ago. They’re working nonstop, wearing every hat in the business, and making good money, but they don’t actually have scalable business systems in place. At the same time, we’re entering one of the biggest business transition periods in history. The baby boomer generation owns a significant percentage of small businesses in this country, and many of them are either retiring or selling. That means opportunity, but only for operators who know how to build systems, scale teams, and run real businesses. Most coaching programs focus on motivation or theory, but that’s not what this is about. Built2Scale was created to equip business owners with real, practical systems—the same ones I used to grow my own companies—so they can: step out of the day-to-day, implement effective team building strategies, create consistent revenue, and actually scale, not just stay busy. This is for people who are willing to put in the work and want to build something that lasts.
I’m Ryan Greenberg, a business owner, real estate investor, and operator.
I co-founded PE Home Remodeling and helped grow it into a multi-million dollar construction company, completing hundreds of projects across residential and commercial spaces. Alongside this, I built a real estate portfolio and a property management company. But it didn’t start that way.
Like most business owners, I started in the field doing everything myself—sales, project management, estimating, and problem-solving on the fly. As the business grew, so did the chaos.
The turning point came when I realized that true business growth solutions require more than just increased workload; they require structured systems. I began focusing on building scalable business systems: creating repeatable processes, hiring the right people, and implementing systems that allowed the business to operate independently of my constant input.
That shift changed everything.
Now, I dedicate my time to helping other business owners adopt effective team building strategies, develop scalable systems, and transform their businesses into entities that work for them, rather than the other way around.
